CARRIER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer different shipping solutions according to how fast you want to receive your order. All packages are shipped with UPS and can be traced on the courier’s website or in your account. You can check the available shipping methods and costs here.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Orders are shipped and delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding local and national holidays and excluding special delivery methods (such as Saturday delivery, when available). If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
Orders placed on this site can be delivered only in Portugal. The courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.
COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER
While shopping on "pt.diesel.com" only deliver to address within Portugal. The shipping address of your order should match the Country website in which you place your order. Please select the correct Country from the link in the header of every page. Orders placed from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number we will provide by email, or from your account if you are a registered user. We will send you the shipping confirmation email just as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
You may also check the shipping status of your order on the "Orders" section in My Account or from the Track my order page below.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your parcel.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded on the original payment method.
Please note that some of our products may arrive encased in a black poly bag in addition to our standard packaging. This is to ensure certain fabrics' protection from light exposure that may occur when products are in transit.
